Baxter Bledsoe Prospect

We hold a 100% working interest in approximately 2,200 gross acres in Clay County, Kentucky, and it is exploring / drilling Appalachian Basis oil and natural gas supplies.   The primary oil and natural gas pay zones are located in the Pennsylvanian, Mississippian, Devonian and Silurian formation.  The drilling of an initial well is schedule to commence in the third quarter of 2007 to test multiple target formations to the Black River Group at a depth of 6000 feet.  Back up potential exist in the Devonian Shale at 2300 feet.     

Bell Prospect   

We hold approximately 3,400 gross acres in Bell County, Kentucky with a 100% working interest.  The prospect has the potential of 5,000 additional gross acres of coal bed methane leases in the adjoining Knox County, pending the outcome of title work. The productive horizons are from 1200 feet to 6000 feet.   We plan to drill a 4500 foot Upper Knox formation test well in the fourth quarter of 2007.  Back up potential exist in the Devonian Shale at 2500 feet.
